Michael Howe
Founder & CEO
Mike established the firm in 2002 following several years working at commercial and residential real estate firms. The firm was established to provide top quality personal attention that he felt was lacking at the larger firms he worked for in the past. He desired to offer direct accessibility to lenders, real estate agents, investors, buyers, sellers, and borrowers. That philosophy continues after 20 successful years in business and maintaining some of the original clients that he started with. The firm remains focused on a manageable calendar of monthly closings in order to provide optimal service at a more reasonable cost than most firms in the Atlanta market. Mike is a graduate of Michigan State University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has a wife and three kids. He coached several youth sports for many years and now enjoys watching his kids strive to reach their goals in college and high school. He has no hobbies because he remains passionately focused on his work and family.

Amie Hendrix
Pre-Closing Assistant
Amie joined the firm early in 2022 and will be your primary point of contact for pre-closing matters. She brings more than seven years of experience in the real estate legal industry to the firm where she has built out departments and managed teams of employees. She has worked in several different areas of real estate including pre-closing, post closing, bankruptcy, HUD/VA conveyances, and non-judicial foreclosure. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the country competing in dog sports.

Jeanne Wallace
Closing Paralegal
Jeanne has been in the real estate closing and lending industry for over 30 years. She joined the firm in 2007 and has been a mainstay providing accurate settlement statements and closing packages to our clients for over 15 years. Jeanne is known for her warm greetings and personal attention to our clients. She has managed every aspect of the firm, including pre-closing, title clearance, drafting purchase, sale and commercial settlement statements, post-closing, disbursement and title policy preparation. Jeanne assists with training staff in all aspects of the closing process and is a great resource for resolving tough closing issues when they arise. Jeanne is married and has a dog named Tidbit. She also raises her high school age granddaughter and spends time with her other family and grandkids.
